At ShortSalesEXPRESS.com agents do not need a buyer for us to start processing the short sale package for submittal to the lenders.

Our full-time Mitigators have personal contacts with over 200 of the major lenders throughout the country, even including a small bank in Iowa.

At Short Sales EXPRESS all short sale packages go through a very meticulous screening and preparation process, twice for accuracy.

Your short sale package is only submitted to the lenders when it meets our standards and has the greatest chance for approval.

At Short Sales EXPRESS we want you to submit your short sale packages to us even if you don't have a buyer. This gives us the time we need to parse, prepare, and stage your short sale for submittal.  Then when you have a buyer your short sale package is immediately submitted to the lender for approval.  This preparation process can reduce the time for approval by up to three weeks.

Mitigating short sales is a full-time job.  Your job should be to get the short sale listing, submit them to us and then let us get it approved, while you get it sold and get more short sales.  With our high bank approval rate you'll be happy we're doing your processing, and besides... you’ve got better things to do.
